Returned. Just dragged on and on.

Yes, the setting was cool & it could have been shorter. The suspense was o.k., but for me the supernatural stuff is just silliness. Personally, can do without it.

Very interesting plot and characters. I enjoyed this book by Koryta the most out of all of his work. The locations are REAL, be sure and look up the hotels so you can appreciate the visuals!

M. Koryta has a real talent to tell stories. The book is a good psychological mystery. But it repeats too many things, that why this book is too long. It could be shorter.

It took me about 150 pages to really get into this book, but once I did, I was glued to it and really enjoyed it.

One of the best psychological suspense novels of the season. A complex story of buried evil.

I definitely agree with redwallflower. The book was intriguing. I loved every minute of it. I also thought that the ending was a bit weak as well, but I was much more worried that the author would have the story end tragically, so for me, weak was ok.

For the last 3 days, I couldn't put this book down - despite its 500+ pages in hardcover! The plot moved along well and the storyline pulled me in right from the start. I was intrigued with the original bottle of Pluto Water, its effects and its origin. I was even more intrigued with the grand hotels described in the story. The story continues to get creepier as you read along, but I don't think that it ever becomes a "thriller" or "horror" novel. My only complaint is that I found the ending a little weak, but that will not dissuade me from recommending this book to others.
