A bright new take on everyday preserving recipes. The recipes are easy to follow and they work. The author has a great dry English humor that delicious to read in between making her exceptional jams and such.

This is a great little book. It has a lot of novel recipes like nothing I've seen before, but with a bit of nostalgia thrown in (see the recipe for Rose Hip Jam, made during WWII for London's evacuated children)
