Sammy's story will inspire you with it's vivid and visceral descriptions of racism and his indomitable "Yes, I Can" spirit and faith in himself and his humanity. Though too long at times with too many unnecessary characters brought in and out, shortcomings aside this work is motivational and compels you to think about the American Dillema: " What do you mean just 'me'[he says to his Jewish colleague], look at the sign: 'Everybody Welcomed, Except The Nigger and The Jew.'"
