Fabulous series! I haven't even finished the series yet, but it's absolutely marvelous. The actors are splendid and the stories are interesting. The main roles are brilliantly and passionately portrayed. However, I love the actors in the smaller or brief roles as well. They truly shine. While Anthony Trollope's works can sometimes have too much soap opera romance, this series has the right amount in addition to interesting political issues of the mid to late 19th century. This is a wonderful series and you won't be disappointed. It's not slow moving, either. I couldn't wait to see the next episode. Highly recommended.
