This book is a great resource for anyone who needs to learn more about the human body, its systems, organs and cellular structure. In addition to information on each of the major organs, there is also an in-depth description of particular organ diseases.

The book does a great job with pregnancy and fetal growth. Illustrations are large and colorful for easy viewing. It's a wonderful resource not only for adults and teens, but also for older children who need comprehensive descriptions and explanations of how the human body functions.
