This is a fun read and is certainly worth reading, especially if you haven't been introduced to the concept of the flow state. From meditation to the latest technology, the author discusses several methods that are being used to achieve alternate states of consciousness. The examples given are so fascinating, I only wish the author spent more time exploring each example.
