I was a bit disappointed in the solutions. It was definitely lacking. At one moment, they are dissing slow food, local food and organic food as not being able to meet the challenge, then they endorse slow food and "glocal" food. I won't be buying 'concentrated' orange juice anymore - lots of pesticides, plus the cook it into a slurry reducing the nutritional point.
