The most important thing I have taken from this book is to look at the labels on the food I eat. I thought I did look at labels, but realized all I looked at was the amount of calories, carbs, and fat were in my food. I never thought to look farther. When I started to, I was shocked to discover so many foods I assumed were unaltered, instead had a number of other ingredients added to them. I am currently about halfway through my first Whole30 and so far so good. If you need motivation, this book can help!
