Oh jeez, it never ends...WICKED will never stop and neither will Dashner apparently. Yet another book claiming to answer questions in which one only gets a sense of Dashner backpedaling in an attempt to make any sense of the trials and the maze and his plot-line altogether, and in no way succeeding. For fans it will be nice to see the characters again. For discerning readers this book will be tough to get through the 10+ years of isolation and suspicion that leads to what becomes The Maze Runner as the 5 years olds and the 17 year olds think and speak identically and very little actually happens. We'll never get our answers because there are none, except for the possibility that WICKED has a slow burning crazy virus lasting 10+ years that turns them into mindless torturers. And if Thomas had gotten his memories back in The Death Cure he would have known all of this and Dashner would have been done. None of the books have gotten a good rating from me... I don't know why I keep reading them! But, you know what, take it all with a grain of salt and the books are all okay, a bit of entertainment
