// I no longer have any faith in the veracity of mainstream media science or economics reporting, . . . . \\ - - Victoria Bruce, author of Sellout Welcome to the club, Ms. Bruce! Any so-called national security expert who isn't discussing what Ms. Bruce covers in this book should be dismissed out of hand [and I believe that covers all of them]. Gen. Adams sums it up most succinctly on p. 249. I long ago gave up on the Congressional Research Service as being too politicized to be of any value, further confirmed by Ms. Bruce's book! [Although still read those GAO reports, though] After reading this book you will likely come to the same conclusion I reached some time ago: under Clinton, Bush and Obama [and Newt Gingrich when he was Speaker of the House], there was NO national security! I confess to ignorance of Masato Sagawa and John Croat, glad she covers them here! Reading the book, Rare, by Keith Veronese while concurrently reading Sellout is highly recommended. Rare is an excellent explanatory work on rare earth elements and Mr. Veronese even covers the murder of Litvinenko in the UK with polonium-210 by Russian assassin, Andrei Lugovoi. For a thorough read on those Russian murders in the UK including the follow-up murder of the British scientist who uncovered the cause of the murder, please read the story at buzzfeed: https://www.buzzfeed.com/heidiblake/from-russia-with-blood-14-suspected-hits-on-british-soil?utm_term=.vynMKQWYW#.otGNzv0e0 Quite similar to another series of murders in the UK back in the 1980s, analyzed by a former CIA analyst here: http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/08850607.2015.992756?src=recsys&journalCode=ujic20
